Privacy Policy & Data Security

Last Updated: August 30, 2026

1. Commitment to Privacy & Security

Motanamy is committed to safeguarding your privacy and business data across all our platforms: Motanamy Core, Motanamy Native, Motanamy Solo, verified App Marketplace, and custom software systems. Your data belongs exclusively to you. We never sell, rent, or monetize your personal or operational data.

2. Product Architecture & Data Boundaries

Motanamy products are architected with explicit privacy boundaries tailored to their deployment modes:

  • Motanamy Core (Cloud Platform): Data is processed on isolated, encrypted cloud infrastructure with strict tenant segregation and enterprise role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Desktop Applications (Native & Solo): Operate locally on the user machine (Offline-First). Local transactions, receipts, and files remain on-device with zero telemetry tracking, unless the user explicitly enables optional synchronization with Motanamy Core.

3. Custom Private Software & Plugin Security

Custom Private Plugins developed for organizations operate in isolated, secure sandboxes. Source code, internal databases, and business workflows remain strictly confidential to your organization and are never shared with public repositories or third parties.

4. Information We Collect & Purpose

We collect minimal operational telemetry required to deliver and maintain platform reliability:

  • Account & contact data (name, email address, and authentication credentials).
  • Licensing & subscription status (verifying active plugins and software license keys).
  • Infrastructure uptime and system diagnostic logs to prevent outages and optimize speed.

5. Encryption & Industry Security Standards

We enforce enterprise-grade security protocols: TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit across APIs, AES-256 encryption for stored data at rest, and automated encrypted snapshots to protect business continuity.

6. Data Ownership & Export Rights

You retain 100% ownership of your business data. You can export complete databases and transaction logs in standard formats (JSON, CSV, SQL dumps) at any time, or request complete account deletion.
