1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of all software platforms and services offered by Motanamy, including Motanamy Core (Cloud ERP), Motanamy Native (Modular Desktop OS), Motanamy Solo (Personal Desktop), the verified App Marketplace, and Custom Software Engineering services. By using any of these services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Account Security & Access Roles
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and managing user permissions through Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). You must immediately notify Motanamy of any unauthorized account activity or security breach.
3. Software Licensing & Subscriptions
Motanamy offers transparent licensing models designed for diverse business scales:
- Free Core & Solo Tier: Motanamy Core provides a free tier for single-user/single-role workspaces. Native and Solo desktop engines are free to download and operate.
- Marketplace Plugin Licenses: Store plugins are available via monthly, annual (discounted), or lifetime licenses on current versions with optional continuous updates.
4. Custom Private Software & Plugin IP
Custom Private Plugins and bespoke software systems engineered specifically for an enterprise client remain isolated and strictly assigned to that client. Motanamy guarantees that proprietary operational logic and private code will never be published to the public marketplace or shared with external parties.
5. Acceptable Use & Infrastructure SLA
Motanamy targets 99.99% infrastructure uptime SLA for active cloud tenants. Users may not engage in reverse engineering of platform binaries, automated abuse, DDoS attacks, or unlawful activities violating applicable trade and data regulations.
6. Billing, Subscriptions & Cancellation
Payments are processed through encrypted payment gateways. Subscriptions can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled at any time prior to the next billing cycle directly from your billing settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Motanamy delivers software according to enterprise industry best practices. Motanamy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from local telecommunications failures or operator misuse.
